I've realised that when I've decided to leave my job in May, the only thing holding me back wasn't my sense of responsibility. It was this thought that went through my mind, "What would they (ex-colleagues & recently, newly-minted ex-colleagues)think of me?"
I don't want to seen as a quitter. But I just wasn't happy.
I've told them, "It's not the stress - because if i love what i do, I don't think the stress will get me!"
Today, I know that I've made the right decision. Because ultimately, I am not living for anyone but myself.
